Cancellation and Refund Policy
We refund any purchase for any reason if you contact us within 30 days of purchase. This includes, for example, the following cases.
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- A technical fault on our side prevents you from viewing the report you purchased.
- What was delivered materially differs from what was purchased.
Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time before the next renewal date and will not renew thereafter. The most recent payment is refundable if you contact us within 30 days of that charge.
You can cancel your monthly membership at any time from “Manage plan” on My Page (or by emailing us). After cancellation no further charges are made, and you keep access to member content until the end of the period you have already paid for.
To request a refund, email info@libertas-jyotish.com with your registered email address and the date of purchase. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.
Terms of Service
Article 1 (Scope)
These terms set out the conditions of use for all content provided by Libertas Jyotish.
Article 2 (Nature of the service)
This service calculates planetary positions from the birth date, time and place you enter and automatically generates commentary on the website based on Vedic astrology (Jyotish). It is digital entertainment content and is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. We do not offer personal readings in person or by phone, chat or video call, do not sell goods, exorcism or prayer services, and do not offer time-extension options.
Article 3 (Eligibility)
Paid services (monthly membership and the Lifetime Report) may only be purchased by persons aged 18 or over. Persons under 18 may not use paid services. By completing a purchase you confirm that you are 18 or over and agree to these terms.
Article 4 (Account)
Paid services require email verification (one-time code). Please provide accurate registration details. Accounts may not be transferred to or shared with third parties.
Article 5 (Disclaimer)
Readings and advice based on Vedic astrology do not guarantee future events or results.
Article 6 (Prohibited acts)
Reproduction, resale and secondary use of our content without permission are strictly prohibited.
Article 7 (Changes to or suspension of the service)
We may change, suspend or terminate all or part of the service without prior notice for maintenance, force majeure or similar reasons. If the service is terminated during a paid period, we will refund the unused portion.
Article 8 (Governing law and jurisdiction)
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute relating to the service. We may revise these terms as necessary; revised terms take effect when posted on this page.
Privacy Policy
Personal information we collect is used only to generate readings automatically, to send email and for customer support.
1. Information we collect
Email address; birth date, time and place (used for the astrological calculation); purchase history; access logs (IP address, browser information, etc.). Payment details such as card numbers are handled directly by our payment processor and are never collected or stored by us.
2. Purposes of use
To generate and display readings, to provide paid services and manage billing, to send verification codes and purchase confirmations, to respond to enquiries, to prevent fraud and to improve the service.
3. Sharing with third parties and processors
We do not share personal information with third parties without your consent except where required by law. To operate the service we entrust processing, to the extent necessary, to providers of payment processing, hosting, data storage and email delivery.
4. Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal record-keeping obligations. If you ask us to delete your account and registered data, we will do so promptly after verifying your identity (except transaction records we are legally required to keep).
5. Cookies and contact
